Please pay attention to the following policy:
- Alteration and maintenance service does not apply to any silver 925 products (including but not limited to Bling Bling, Platinum Plated Silver and Silver with Diamond Products).
- Alteration service is only available for gold products purchased within the past three months (based on the invoice issued date) and we can sadly not accept any pieces for alteration for any gold products purchased earlier.
- The possibility of repair is determined by the design of item. Some designs may look different after being repaired. It is necessary for the experienced craftsmen to perform an examination in a professional manner of every piece before determining whether a piece can be repaired and if so what the cost to the customer should be to complete the repair. In addition, the cost of gold and parts added or replacement of parts is subject to different items. Please contact staff members of any MaBelle or MADIA store for enquiries.
